Jon Olsen | Blue Flag
A stunning iris captured by Vermont photographer Jon Olsen. Clumps of these can be seen in local gardens far and wide come springtime. The plant tends to outgrow its space so bulbs are commonly shared, helping people make fast friends. Irises grow so close together, their details can be overlooked. Fortunately, Jon has captured them so well that this photograph could almost be a painting. The bold vibrant colors would add a touch of cheer to any space.
